Introduction

In order to process the PPK data for your flight, four items are needed.

  • The pictures taken by the camera during flight
  • The log from the Marlyn’s PPK unit
  • The flight log from the autopilot
  • The observations from your GNSS base station/VRS in RINEX format (if using PPK).

You use the Geotagger software to download and combine this data to provide corrections to Marlyn’s GPS-generated geotags. This will yield cm-accurate image positions in a csv file with image name, position and horizontal and vertical accuracy. This data can also be updated to the image’s EXIF data

The process is explained in depth in this section.
